We want you to love what you wear. If something’s off, you’ve got 30 days from your purchase date to send it back.


Eligibility Check

Make sure your item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Packed in its original gear

  • Returned within 30 days of your order

If it doesn’t meet the above, we can’t guarantee a refund or exchange.


No Receipts, No Refunds

We need proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt) to process any return. No paper trail, no refund.


Don’t Send It Back to the Manufacturer

Always return your item directly to Silver StreamUnit — never to the product’s brand or factory.


Partial Refunds (Yeah, It Happens)

You might get a partial refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage

  • It’s returned after 30 days

  • It’s missing original packaging

We’ll review it case by case.


The Refund Process

Once your return lands and passes inspection, we’ll email you with the result.
If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method in a few days. Easy.

Sale items and promo steals? Final sale — no refunds.
Only full-price pieces are eligible for returns.


Exchanges

We’ll hook you up with a replacement if your item is defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

You cover your return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.


Returning Items Over $75?

Use a tracked shipping service or add shipping insurance.
We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return otherwise.
